I downloaded a game (paper.io) and paid $2.99 for no ads, but the ads were still there, they never went away. After reading the game reviews I saw that many other people experienced the same thing. I have tried at least a dozen times to try and get ahold of them, they didnt respond to the support email or the publishing email, they’re just steeling people’s money.
