I googled HESI A2 books. This site popped up with the correct book picture and price, pdf delivered immediately within 6-24 hours. Email them at [email protected] if any issues. Because I was traveling the day I put in the order I was distracted and did not notice the grammar of the website was incorrect. 24 hours went by, no book. I emailed several times and several different ways, to no avail. All emails bounced back undeliverable. There is no legitimate way to contact this website. Apparently it’s a scam.

I ordered a PDF version of one of my textbooks and got an email the next day with the "download" which ended up not working. It told me there was an error no matter how I tried to open it. The email I got seemed sketchy as well, especially with the wording. I tried to send an email about my issue to their customer support email address, and I received an automatic reply from a strange email address saying that the email delivery "failed permanently". I then looked more at the details of the website and realized how sketchy and unprofessional it was. For example, under their "Contact Us" page, it says "Don’t worry much about us! We are not scammer!". Their store location also does not exist, their social media accounts did not exist, and they don’t have any phone number you can call either. I also received a text from my bank later on giving me an identification code (when I was not even using my phone or computer for anything related to my bank account), so I believe the scammers were also trying to get into my online bank account since it is common to receive identification number texts when trying to access an online accounts on other devices.
