on March 23 5:00 PM I received a text message on my phone, welcome to simple mobile your service will end on 4/25/2018 and I called T-Mobile and read the message, they told me your no longer with T-mobile did you ported your phone#, I said no why would I port my number this is the phone# I have for the last 20 years. So the CSR said someone has ported your #, so I told the CSR to get the number back it took almost 2 hours to get my number back and ended the call with the network provider around 7:00 PM. it had all security pin before for so port cannot happen without the pin but they tried to port the number.
After 7:00 PM I looked at my Wells Fargo Bank account two transaction from Zelle for 5K was transferred to unknown Y B, a call from wells Fargo Bank to give pin from the recovered mobile to stop any transaction further stating Badge# *** Name :*** ***, so I called the bank back and reported the Fraud specialist told that its a scam.
