I also ordered an intex pool filter. Never received it, they said they sent a second one…never got it. CAMPADG then offered a partial refund which I refused. They explained that my refund would take 30 business days, but as usual it never showed either. This transaction started in May, its now November.

Hey everyone. Can you take the time to go to your State Attorney general’s office and file an official complaint. The same thing happened to me but I filed a complaint to the Washington State Attorney Generals office. They will get involved in they have multiple complaints.
What’s the red neck comedian say? Oh yah, “here’s your stupid sign”. After I payed $67 (6/30/20) for a piece of arts & crafts pottery (yep, not a pool filter but these all seem about the same price) I stumbled on the same images on ebay. That was some days later. I emailed with the seller and she assured me she took the pics and the piece was with her in her living room. I had tracking and it showed it was delivered 8/05/20 which was a few days earlier. Post Office says it was delivered to the wrong address. So after reading all of these issues, I may be able to file a claim and get my money back. Best of luck to all before me and I will definitely warn people.

I have fallen victim for the same scam. Ordered pool pump and got 10 masks instead. I paid with PayPal so now trying to get my money back. Not hopeful but am trying.

I ordered a intex sand pool, after 4 weeks they sent me a package of mask. I paid through Paypal and when I reported to them, paypal says Campadgs showed the tracking number that says “delivered” So I couldn’t recover my money!

I ordered a mirror for 68.48 and also got the 10 paper masks. I have gotten email back saying that they needed picture confirmation of the “mistake”. Sent the picture and have gone back and forth with whomever is at the other end of the email … 23 times. Gave them a week and now have requested a refund and they said that they can only refund me $50 to cover the cost of the incorrect product I received and the cost of shipping. I said HELL NO! We’ll see how far this goes. Gonna get in touch with my bank in the morning.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered a Bowflex 5.1 workout bench for $65.36 what I got in the mail are white face masks. The tracking number in the email matches what package I received. I opened up a claim with Paypal hoping they will be able to get my money back.

Ordered a pool pump with this company on June 29th. Were told this would arrive within 15-25 days. It’s now July 20th and we’ve received nothing. Tried calling the number listed, doesn’t work. Tried emailing them via the link they sent, no reply back. I guess my next step is to contact my bank and try to reverse the charges. So frustrating and am fed up with scammers!
The same thing happened to me ordered the same thing .got paper mask in mail today. What the hell.im filing a suit against them with the US attorney General. And you can bet its gonna be for more than 61 dollars. Maybe then they will send what people order. This is twice in a week I have got the shift from these Chinese companies.

Damn!! I would not have known unless they sent me the tracking number for a product purchase. This is the second time this email scammer has gotten me!! The first was last year on trying to purchase a tool online – through the Whalegot.com company- that was a scam. This is the same email reply for tracking that I got with the fraudulent Whalegot purchase. Can’t you guys track the scammer jstimier.com? He seems to be in everything with online sales.
