Type of a scam Online Purchase
Eo5 is an online store I found on Facebook. Their page has almost 3k likes and has several customers reviewing their purchases from them but I am being to think they are fake reviews. There were good reviews and horrible reviews. Most of the reviews were people saying they never got what they ordered and the company won’t respond to their emails or messages asking where their products or asking for a refund. I placed my order on May 10th. The money was taken out by some wierd Chinese company. A couple days later I recieved an email saying it shipped. It was all in Chinese so I have no idea what it says. After 2 weeks of it being shipped I emailed the company to see where it was. The email was returned as a bad email address. I got the address off their FB page. So I sent a private message to their FB page last week. Never read or replied to. This morning I went to their page and it was completely gone. I am going to report the charge as fraud with my credit card company this morning. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
