I was contacted by a friend through messenger on Facebook about a federal program initiated by Pres Trump to help people pay bills and taxes and he said he received $40,000 and would I like to know about it. I responded and he gave a link to Deann Toland and when I clicked on the link she said I was on the "winners list" and if I would fill out a form which included my facebook password I could find out how much I won. When I asked for more info so I could research the program she said "we just keep this promotion so private and contact only the concerned because we have recorded series of robbery and theft after delivery of packages. So we don’t disclose a lot, that why we have the FedEx tell a winner to inform any friend that win so it don’t get to public"
