Frances is supposedly able to get grants for individuals. She took all my info from bank etc and then wanted 300$ up front? If I had 300 I would pay my elec bill…she rquested and got photo’s of my debit card and DL…and keeps bugging me…had me install cash app so i could send her money even after i told her I hAd no money.. I quit responding to her completlely.

Was approved for grant….as of today have paid 4500.00 and still no grant….now person wants 3000.00 more….claims it is for BEA…2500 00 SUPPOSEDLY went to irs….paid this with i tune cards…..when did irs accept i tune cards for money never recieved…..now BEA ????…..not sending more…cant and dont have the finances….they took all i have….on ssi and losing home….disabled senior citizen
