Disgusted with the service i have received, i placed an order on 22nd November. On her website she states she had 2 left and on my email delivery was 2-3 days. Today is 20th December, a month later and still no mask, i have emailed and messaged her, at first she was fobbing me off by and said if i wanted it sooner then to pay another £20, which i was not going to do. She claimed to have posted it 1st class on Wednesday 16th December..i still haven’t had it.. ive messaged her and guess what.. she hasn’t replied.. so i will be reporting her to the police for fraud and scam.

I made and order in October. We’ve emailed each other and the last email she sent me saying my package would be here Dec 1st. Since then I have not received any tracking information and she is not responding to my emails.

Placed an order worth over $300 after the exchange rate and never received my order or any tracking info. After three months of little to no response from the seller except where she encouraged me to buy more items, I had to file a claim to get my money back. I also recently browsed Amazon for bib necklaces and found a seller that was selling pieces that looked exactly like the ones on the Gilded site. Like the exact same photos, but a different seller who was charging far less.

I placed an order on August 27th, for almost $300, and was messaging the person who runs the site via Instagram DMs. At first she was very good at getting back to me, although in hindsight I see she kept trying to get me to purchase more items. On October 9th she told me she had sent my items and that it would take 10 days, possibly a little longer “through peak periods.” On the 19th of October (a Saturday) she told me she would check with the post office the following day to see where the package was, because at that point I was a little concerned about not receiving anything, or any tracking info for an order that cost $300. That Monday, I messaged her asking if she’d had the chance to check. No reply. So I commented on her Instagram post asking if she could get back to me. She deleted my comment. Two days later, I messaged her again, saying it had been 20 days and I hadn’t received anything. No reply. I again commented on her Instagram, frustrated that she could reply to comments and post but not answer me, and I told her I’d be contacting my bank. That comment was also deleted and she never replied to my message. I’m in the process of disputing the charge with my bank. It’s ridiculous that she can get away with scamming people by just deleting negative comments from her page. Learn from my mistake, people, don’t bother ordering from that place.

This company took my money and never sent me the product. I paid over $200 euros and never received my order. I have tried to contact her and she has blocked me on instagram. I have been in touch with a few of her other customers that have also been scamed by her. Her instagram needs to be shut down so she cant scam anymore people.
