My mother 80 year old was contacted numerous times when she accessed the internet that she needed to update her microscoft software. They they called her numerous times. Today she was talked into buying their software $449.67 worth of lifetime, remove a virus, secure network, activate microsoft services, cleaning and service of virus, software you could go and get it at Walmart Target, network shield volume shield anti banking protection. Well, she purchases it and they hacked her computer, charged her checking account and installed 3 softwares on her computer. She can no longer use her computer. Filed a criminal complaint with local police to find that this is a definate older person scam. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. LEARN FROM HER MISTAKE

Initial call received with a caller ID of 212-211-7520 on 6/27/2019

Caller said my computer IP was "generating" suspicious activity and that hackers had accessed it. I was referred to www.itecgeek.com by the caller and told that I needed to download/install/run Supremo from the website so that a Windows technician could access my computer to resolve the issue. The technician said his name was "Kevin Anderson". In the background it sounded like a call center and I could overhear other people talking and saying they were also named "Keven Anderson".
