I ordered a Candle for Christmas on 12/13/2020. They promptly charged my card and I never received a shipping confirmation. 5 days after the purchase I called them and they told me they are behind on shipping, but "Rest assured that your item will be shipped soon". I then got a shipping tracking email. If you track the ‘package’ via UPS it just states that the label was created. It still says, only, that the label has been created but that there is no movement. Today is 12/27/2020. I have called 3 times and each time they use the same phrase "Rest assured that your item will be shipped soon." I have requested a refund and they said they would do so and to watch for an email. I still haven’t received an email, a refund, or the product. This is an absolute scam!

I made a purchase from Jack Pot candles a week ago and paid extra to have my item here by Saturday December 12. I never received the item and when I reached out to the customer service through email, they stated that they have been getting lots of orders and are behind with getting them shipped out. When I reached out again stating I would like a full refund this time, they replied that they will not issue a refund once the order has been received and confirmed. So now I am out the amount paid for shipping to get the candles here, and now they are refusing to give me a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and not how costumers should be treated. Just looking to get a refund. They don’t list their address on their website.

I ordered from Jackpot Candles on June 30, and they haven’t even shipped my order. I have not been able to speak to anyone about this either. It feels like this company is using the Covid-19 pandemic to run a scam.
