I saw an ad on the Internet for Keto diet pills sponsored by the team on Shark Tank. I purchased what I thought was the free sample bottle that was offered. I was sent 5 bottles of the pills and when I called the company to figure out what was going on and they told me that the bottles were ordered and they could not cancel my order. Product in the ad is also guaranteed, but I was told that if I wanted to return the bottles that it would cost me $9.95 dollars for EACH bottle, plus the shipping. I will be returning the bottles. I ordered a product advertised on facebook. When I realized, not 20 minutes later that they had deceptive advertising and had charged my credit card for an amount higher than I approved, I called the same phone number and was told that they could not cancel the sale. I contacted my credit card company to tell them to dispute the claim. The product arrived at my home, it was not the product advertised and I contacted the company to return the product. They informed me that until the dispute was settled they could not authorize a return. I have since paid the bill and they refuse to send me an authorization to return. I ordered a trial of their product and paid s&h. They sent me a full product (60 days) worth and charged
me $89.94. I called for a full refund and they’re only giving me $40 back. This is false advertising and definitely a scam! I cannot tolerate the keto boost pills…they make me sick.
