This website is not real! It offers good deals but don’t be fooled! I purchased thru them an electric cart. Never received a confirmation email about anything. I happen to take a picture of the process order with my order number. On the order form it said my electric cart should arrive no later than March 31st. March 31st came and no cart. Thinking maybe they (freight) may be behind gave it a few more days. On April 7th, I sent out an email complaining I have not received my electric cart I purchased on February 24th, 2021. Received an email back from Cassie providing me with a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number I found it was delivered to or near my mail box on March 25th.
I went to the Post Office to ask about my missing package. Yep, it has been delivered. Then where is it? I told the Post office I was filing a complaint with USPS.
Guess what I found out? They reuse tracking numbers to look like they are real. Example: On March 18th I received a small package in my mail box thanking me for my purchase. Guess what the tracking number was on the small package? You guessed it, the same tracking number they emailed me for the electric cart I ordered. So, to make a longer story short, as started, the tracking number showed a delivery on March 18, but not my electric cart I had ordered.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They are scammers and take your MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
I am attempting to file with the Post Master General so they can investigate these scammers. Also, filing with the BBB so they to can investigate these people, too. Please DO NOT waste your time and money with these people. BTW, their website has only been up since February 2021. And the email first goes to: [email protected] and Cassie answers your email not Elvira!!!
