Type of a scam Online Purchase
INFO: This company is false/scam. They use a Virginia U.S. address, a borrowed Canadian phone #, & a false customer contact email. They also use this same info (address/ph#) for a totally separate scam/fraud website business ("sootee.live," which purports to sell printed tees, & "woomart online shopping."). They also do fraudulent sales transactions through Paypal under the name of: Tr?n Th? H?i Thanh (& possibly other names).
Note: The Canadian phone number belongs to a genuine person who is *not* affiliated w/ this scam-website. (the actual phone# owner is frustrated by this scam & by the fraudulent use of their number).
STORY: I searched for a book-title online & saw this "company" claimed to sell it ("Lunaron"~ scam company). I ordered the book through their website and paid through paypal. They showed an "order confirmation w/ order #" page summary on their site, after I completed purchased. However, they never sent me confirmation email, shipping info, nor the book. I tried emailing their customer service & it was returned as "mailer daemon." I called the number which was Canadian, & reached a regular human who said "this is a scam! they are using my number! Please report to FTC & BBB."
