I am a single father with 2 daughters, I dont have money to just give and throw away. I just got this house and they really wanted those. This was very disrespectful. I ordered 3 bean bag for Christmas and I haven’t seen them yet, I want to know when I’m going to get them. They finally get rooms alone but can’t get what they want for Christmas!

I seen the ad for the bean bag chairs and thought it would make a nice gift for my kids on christmas. I ordered them on the 7th of december and I spoke with a gentleman that claimed to be from the company. He advised me that I should be receiving the products soon and gave me his email address if I had not received the products within the next week to reach out to him and he would work on it. His name is Alvin Murphy and his email address is [email protected] and [email protected] He reached out to me stating that he had looked into tracking my packages and stated that it should arrive by the 7th of January. I have reached back out to him to let him know that I have not recieved the packages and I have not heard anything back. I would like to know how I can be refunded through this. I am speaking with my bank in regards to this payment.

I spent almost $100 on stuff from this place manco store I got a checkout receipt and nothing came in I tried calling the phone number on thier site and dont go through I’ve emailed them and was assured that cause of the warehouse and covid I will receive my order still nothing emailed again got the same reply as the first 1 reassuring that I will.get my order but now its January and still nothing this place is a scam i wish i could get my money back and also realized they changed their name to discount store this ain’t right
I bought 3 in November, emailed the address in their “customer service” which you can see that it bounced back as “undeliverable.” But someone did respond back saying “when” they should be delivered. Granted with Covid and the USPS, FedEx, and UPS are dealing with their own issues, but after emailing for an update and no response? Disappointed completely. Refund was requested and still no reply.

I play a game seen bean bag chairs for $1.99 with free shipping and they took that amount and a few other suspicious amounts. Had to cancel my card. These are definitely professional scammers just wish I had gotten a number. Something made me take a pick of the purchase details tho.

Also thought I was getting the best deal ever on a bean bag chair. The ad came up through a game I was playing I think. Maybe facebook. $1.99.was charged from tommyssuper foods and then I got charged by 2 other companies. Thankfully I did not have the funds on my card so they didn’t get anything more from me but I am worried if I put cash into my cash app account again it will pull out automatically. Cash app refunded my $1.99 and told me to cancel my card but could not promise funds could not be taken still. It looks like this has been going on since 2017 at least. How has this not been stopped? How can I help to stop it?! I will gladly. Someone is getting money out there that doesn’t deserve it from good people looking for a good deal. It’s not right and I thought there would be more protection in this day and age. As I said especially for a scam that has been going on for YEARS!
I ordered $171 with the stuff when it was the Thomas store…I had seen it on Facebook and I tried it and I got scanned how do you go about getting your money back or getting the people in trouble
Once I realized I didn’t receive a confirmation email or an order number it made go & check my card. Upon doing so I saw a payment for something called cardflash.com so I google it I don’t know what that is. I should have known better it was too good to be true 1.99 cents.

I ordered two bean bags from them order number 167766 and they charged my card for a total of $130 and they was trying to get $70 more but my bank cut it off now I’m waiting to get the charges refunded

I should have known. A bean bag chair for $1.99. That is the cheapest stupidest scam I’ve ever fell for. I thought they were dong a huge ‘clean up’ but realized after I hit ‘submit’ that it was too good to be true. Ugh 😩
I was playing a game and the add popped up for huge bean bags for 1.99 I did the same thing and it bought here wooo I knew it was to good to be true I tried to find it on YouTube to see some unpacking videos on it and couldn’t find anything
My problem is that two sub Companies charged my card for stuff I have no idea about
I was thinking the same thing, that they were doing a cleanup and almost bought two of them if something made me check for reviews and I saw yours did you get anything back from them at all?
