Between the well-produced ad to cheat and the dolls I received there is a big difference. No packaging in a personalized box, the material is inferior, nothing worth buying as a collector’s item. A lure!

I stupidly responded to a Facebook Ad that looked all glossy and awesome. I knew as soon as the order was submitted and the confirmation came with a completely different (and inappropriate) name, that I had been scammed. I tried to cancel the order to no avail. When the sport team sweatpants finally arrived SIX WEEKS LATER, the sizing was completely off and they were obviously homemade. I ordered 4 pair and all were grossly small versus the adult large I needed. See photo for expected size (red pants) vs actual (Panthers). There was no invoice, receipt or contact information. The person replying to emails is dismissive and ignores requests. They refuse to refund my money and offered me a 10% discount on my “next order…” AS IF. Their company website has already changed twice since I placed my order, so I don’t know how folks will keep up with the scamming… But if you see these products, STAY AWAY!
I ordered a number of dresses and paid over USD 200.00 from ICEONES which is part of Middle Bridge Ltd. The first 2 came and they were disgusting and nothing like the picture of them. So, I sent them back to China by courier which cost me another USD 30.00 but they refused to accept them by DHL and they refuse to give me a refund. I ordered pictures through the Photo Diamond Painting branch of this company never realizing that the cheap product was made in China. According to their website I should have received my product within 2 weeks, but it took over 7 weeks to show up. The pictures were dull with no life, not even close to the originals I sent them in spite of their claims about “we want to be able to provide you with high quality products!” On of the pictures even showed the lines from the printer running out of ink. I ordered Merrell Hiking Shoe through an internet site that they own (yolucy.com) – I don’t know what I received but it was not what I ordered. I’m not sure that what I received could even be considered a sneaker – it’s more like a flip-flop with a cheap generic covering that “resembled” a sneaker. I don’t know what insignia “DQ” means but there is no mention of Merrell on or in shoe . The seller’s website no longer is offering this so can’t be viewed (atleast by me).
I disputed this transaction thru PayPal and apparently lost because the owner of yolucy (NORFARZILA BINTI ABU BAKAR) advised PayPal that he would give refund if I returned product back to them. Well…, it would cost me atleast half of what I paid for these flip-flops to ship back to China (and hope they don’t get “lost” in transit). This is how scam company’s work and how they screw you… They know that your time is money and at some point, you will cut your losses and let them win.
If you have time, post them back. PayPal refunds your postage (upto £15 GBP) and at least PayPal are aware there is a problem.

I ordered a dot certified helmet and received a piece of plastic junk its not even a full face helmet as they advertised. So I guess it is live and learn when buy something from a UK company when the products they are selling come from china. big rip off. This thing they sent doesn’t even look like the picture they have on there web site.
I ordered 3 items of clothing back in May. Each one did arrive separately: 2 of the items i ordered were of the right style but the wrong color, very undesirable and the third which arrived today was completely different from what I ordered. There is not a phone number to call yet an email from Ladyoho which I have written to many times with no response back. I looked up their “parent company” and it was Middle Bridge Ltd. , of course no way to contact them.

The same happened to me I purchased 3 items from them, Merrell Moab II shoes, Wading Shoes and a dress for my partner…Upon unwrapping the parcel, none of the items were what I ordered, wrong item DQ shoes, wrong sizes and wrong colours…I was offered $3.00 in compensation, so I didn’t have to return the item. PayPal informed and the Police were informed of the fraud and scam.
I placed an order two weeks ago and never received a confirmation number nor an email referencing the order that I placed. What professional business does not list contact information besides an email to question about the status of the order that was placed. There was no reply to the email that I sent numerous times. I purchased the item from an advertisement on facebook. All of this points to the company running scams on people and with no way to contact anyone in reference to your order you have placed. If there is way to report this company I definitely will.

This is misrepresentation because:
1. Represented on Facebook ad as Merrell – “Merrell 50% off”
2. On ad “Moab 2” – a Merrell product name
3. See photos of their web-site – the products are called “Moab 2”
– See badge on tongue – “M” Merrell (Pic “Merrell1”)
– See sole : green insert – it’s a Merrell sole – the sole on fake product is all black
– See weight on pic. (“Merrell3”) of their web-site : They say their shoes weigh “1lb 15oz” – this is the weight of a real Merrell pair of Moab.
– Their shoes are only 14.6oz
4. Pic “Merrell4” shows how the misrepresentation works – they mix photos of the real with the fake products.
I’ve reported them to Paypal.
Also, a simple search on Google for this postcode returns all their scam businesses.
I purchased a “smartwatch” from a Facebook add with 2 incorporated bluetooth headsets. What I got was an ordinary fitness band with a cheap immitation of a single earphone, immitating the Apple Air pods.
I have also contacted the UK Trading authorities and got a template from their website to start legal action for fraudulent sale. They just refuse to refund me, as they replied by email that I need to send their product to China although the “return to address” from their parcel was a UK address. I used tracked and signed Postal services and I have all the evidence they made illegal money.
If you lookup the postcode on Google Maps, this is a false one.
The correct one is CB23 6DP for that street. Complain to UK authorities. I did this.

Yes, they are a huge scam! I bought a [censored]ty thing from one of the multiple businesses registered under this scam company. The website www.renoen.com is a massive scam! If you search their postcode on Google Maps it doesn’t exist! CB22 6DP is a fake GB postcode, but if you search this postcode on Google you can find all Middle Bridge Ltd’s scam websites! Never buy from Facebook adds. They are misleading and Facebook is not taking scam reports seriously either. All my Facebook adds settings were turned offwhen I clicked on that add. However, Facebook’s adds policy apparently justifies the adds you see in your feed based on your “Interests”. So, careful on what you hit “Like” when you go on certain Facebook pages! They can lead you to a scam add. I bought a product that looked like a genuine smartwatch with incorporated bluetooth headsets, I checked the unpacking videos posted by various Youtubers, so I thought I did the right things before clicking on “Buy”. When I received the product I discovered it was an ordinary cheap fitness band and separately I got a cheap copy of something that was supposed to look like the Apple air pods. The website’s contact email address was [email protected], but all the replies are sent by dubious Gmail users like “[email protected]” or “[email protected]“. I reported the transaction to my bank, returned the product nd I am waiting for my case to be solved by UK Trading Standards, too.

I ordered a pair of Merrell Moab 2 hiking shoes on June 21 from a Facebook ad, and the shoes arrived July 31 in Philadelphia – but they were knockoffs, with a “DQ” label, and so inferior that they broke when I tried to lace them. (the fabric sleeve that you feed the lace through detached from the top of the shoe.) They were $49. I am in conversation with Paypal, Facebook and the company. A very nice person called Mandy wrote last night to say she was looking into the complaint. I sent a photo of the alleged Merrell.

I ordered a purse on July 15, 2020, I have not received it. I wrote them an email. Their response was that because of COVID-19, things were slow. They also said that my order was on the way. This company goes by several names: Charmmee, Chicpallette, Chicnewin, and Luckyper. They are using the parent company of Middle Bridge Ltd. They are using an address of 1010 Cambourne Business Park, Great Cambourne, Cambridge CB22 6DP. They do not have a phone. I did some research and found that I can send an email to [email protected] to report this fraud. The National Crime Agency in London takes care of fraud that comes that side of the Atlantic Ocean. I suggest you use the email that I included to send your own complaint.

I ordered 2 pair of Sandals advertised as Vionics (Bella and Tide) through a Charmmee ad on social media. Charmmee is affiliated with Middlebridge Ltd. Charmmee indicated their product and order was USA. It took nearly 2 months to get my shoes, while demanding status of my order near daily. I had to email, as they had no telephone number listed when I back tracked to contact them. The Shoes arrived in a plastic bag, were made in China, very poorly made, and NOT Vionics. Same…I ordered under the company name Chicnewin from and as on Facebook June 20. Still says paid, order unfulfilled. There policy says if it hasn’t shipped “just call and cancel for a full refund”…but low and behold–no phone number ANYWHERE. They are a subsidiary of Middle Bridge LTD, UK and operated under MULTIPLE company names all of which are fronts. I sent them an email and told them I reported them 🙄🙄 like they care I’m sure, which I did to the fraud unit of the FBI (of course, I don’t know if they have any jurisdiction, but feel like they should as they are operating in the US. I also reported them to Facebook and have not seen and ad for that particular company since, but have seen the items I ordered under different company names and feel certain they are affiliated. Lastly, I reported it to my bank, had to fill out a fraudulent charge report and my money will be refunded by my bank, who will then pursue action against the company. So, if we all do the same and make enough noise…sooner or later they will either get caught or be forced to rethink their scam. Rest assured, next time I’ll check the reviews BEFORE ordering, cause you guys could’ve saved me a lot of stress. Sadly, I REALLY wanted that dress LOL

Report them to the Better Business Bureau. I would also post on Facebook that they are a scam company and to not order from them. You could report them to the FBI as another customer did. Make sure you put as much information as you can. There is an email address at the very bottom. You have to click on contact us. Make sure you email them and then keep all correspondence you receive from them. Also contact your bank and report a fraudulent charge.

Saw an ad on Facebook Merrill hiking boots 50% off last day. The seller’s website seemed real as they had https and secure lock symbol in url. However, these scammers are very sophisticated and try to look as real as possible to take money from people. They are dangerous criminals that know what they’re doing. Don’t fall for it like I did. First give away is the website name. elivelike.com is the website I bought the boots off of. It’s weird and there’s sloppy text on one of their pages. They don’t provide any contact info besides [email protected] which they don’t respond to. Their address is in Cambridge, UK but they have Asian names and I heard some of their products are knockoffs from China. Their website url has only been in use for about 6 months which means they probably were using a different one before to scam people before they had to change it. THIS IS A SCAM, DONT TRUST THEM.

I saw Merrill hiking boots advertised as 50% off last day on a Facebook friend’s page. When I clicked on the boots, the website seemed real as the url even had https and the secure lock symbol. While buying the boots I used my debit card to pay which only took maybe 5 mins. They asked for my billing and shipping address and my payment info, again normal. After buying the boots, I received a confirmation email with my order number and they said they would email me when the boots have shipped. Here I am 5 days later June 30, 2020 and I haven’t received any other emails from them. I emailed them back at the same provided email on their website and the sender I got the confirmation email from and haven’t gotten a response. I researched the website name and company name provided on their websites contact us info and found that the website elivelike.com was created on 12/23/2019. I found other complaints about the web engine Shopify but none with the website I was scammed by. When I searced Middle Bridge Ltd (the "company" name on the website) a profile comes up on this website https://suite.endole.co.uk/insight/company/12374621-middle-bridge-ltd with 2 listed names of it’s directors which look like they are of Asian background. These scammers have become really sophisticated and make themselves look as real as possible but in the end they are criminals that are happy to take as much money from you as they can. These specific scammers that took my money must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, they are some of the worst and most dangerous criminals. I hope nobody else falls for this scam.

The site was named shein who I have used before but it was spelt shein shoping which made me suspicious . Sent 4 emails no reply last one I sent I asked if it was a scam . I saw Globerain’s ad on Snapchat and decided to check it out. I saw some really cool chairs with a super good deal and decided to purchase them. After I purchased the chairs I decided to look the company up and Google said that Globerain had only been a company for 4 months and didn’t really have too much information on them. Globerain had an Instagram that was in Bulgarian with only 1 picture on it and a facebook with no reviews on it. The icon for the Globerain facebook was different than the one on the website but it was the same as another Google result that said Globerain on it. I clicked it, it said they sold board games and were based out of Hong Kong. I checked the address of that company and it was the same as address as several other companies. I started getting nervous that this wasn’t a real company and I immediately emailed Globerain and said I wanted to cancel my order when Globerain emailed me back it was 4 am. When I emailed Globerain back after they emailed me I got an email saying the email for Globerain didn’t exists and wasn’t a legit email address. I know it isn’t a legit company now and discourage anyone else from purchasing products from them. Globerain will just take your money and run!
