I had purchased a men’s hoodie December 3rd from what I thought was a Patagonia website, but the website was called "Plateauoutlet.com" which was laid out like a Patagonia website, but it was not "Patagonia.com" which was strange. I had messaged them asking when it would get here and they said it would take 15-25 days and told me to kindly wait. The date is 1/6/2021 and it should’ve been here a long time ago. The name of the person who emailed be back was Paul Blake with an email [email protected] They charged my card $58.90 through a Paypal account called "Hydrangeas 402" I emailed them again and they still haven’t gotten back to me.
