Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found this person while looking for a Ragdoll kitten. He was advertising all of his kittens for 60% off, which in and of itself seemed like a scam because why would you sell your perfect, purebred kittens for 60% off? I also noticed the age of the kittens was never updated even though I had been looking for weeks. All of the kittens remained available. When I emailed, I got an email with sketchy English, but I did receive pictures and a VERY cute video of the kitten I was asking about.

However, when I asked to see the health certificate before I bought her, he just said it would be included. This is what got my attention. There are also no pick up instructions for the cats, only flights. So they are only looking to fly their cats out. I also did not like that he only accepted payment through Cash App or Zelle. If it has a good reputation, it usually uses PayPal, right? Finally, I had the idea to Google his name–Brent Pellow. All that came up was a giant, red word: "SCAM!" NOT a good sign. I couldn’t even find a Brent Pellow on Facebook either, which seems very weird if you’re going to be a web-based breeder… There were also reports of fake breeders out of Texas and other Oklahoma areas, all under different names, of course. I immediately decided to back off, and I stopped answering emails.

Needless to say, I am going to pay full price for a kitten from a reputable breeder in my area. Not today, Brent Pellow. Not. Today.
