I received an email today from this "company" stating that the computer and anti-virus installed by Premium Support expired today and that my account was charged $499.99. I have never heard of this company and sure would not let anyone in my computer remotely to set anything up. It just says that my bank account on file has been charged, but it doesn’t have the last four digits of the account number like they usually do. It just says Bank Account ACH-…[XXXX]. I’m really hoping that my bank account doesn’t have money taken out of it.

Twice I have received an email thanking me for my payment of $499.99 for renewing Tech support services that I never purchased. Two different emails, 8 days apart, both listed the same price and the same number to call for refunds. When I called the number a man said he would send me a form for me to fill out and that he would help me reverse the charge. I told him I have not been charged yet, but I want to make sure that I will not be charged. When I insisted that he send me the form so that I could examine it before filling it out he hung up on me.

Received an email stating my credit card on file had been charged $399.99 for a subscription for computer protection had expired (I never used this company). If I wished to cancell to call 1-385-444-4475. Tried this # twice and the call was refused. Received a call from 347-507-8859 where upon they wanted me to go to a website so they could refund my money. I fell for this type of scam in Dec 2019 from a company named Remitly. It took several months to resolve that one. However, it did make me wiser. I simply hung up and reported it to my bank.
