I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. I also got a order # 117020, no way to track it and no response from the company. I want my money back. Do not purchase from this company. Scam. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and Action 5 for HELP with this company.
Same as others’ stories. I placed an order on Jan 3rd, received a shipment email on Jan 9th, and today, 5 weeks later, still nothing. I sent a few emails and got no response. I wish I read those reviews above before placing my order.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FTOM THIS PLACE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They got me for $100.02 separate orders after I made my order the next day I got shipping details and a confirmation but I have not been able to track my package it’s been over two months and I still have not received a package you cannot contact anybody I sent the emails with the email that was provided no one reaches you is a scam is not legit don’t be a fool!

I order from pretty little deal Dec 2 2020. Claimed it was shipped Jan 2 2021. Still no way to track my package and i havent got a response from them since the package has supposably shipped. This is a scam for sure!

i ordered somethings several months ago(August), my card was charged, but I, to this day, haven’t received my product. I ordered it ahead of time in order to arrive by Christmas, but that never happened. I do NOT recommend buying from the site.
I ordered $297 in various products at the end of October so I were oils have in time for Christmas. I have never received anything past an email saying I would be informed when it egg BD are shipped and why not buy more right now with our generous 20% off offer. Well. I’ve not reviewed that email letting me know my items were shipped. I’ve contacted them 5 times FIVE with zero response! I ordered some plastic shoe boxes so my daughters dog wouldn’t be able to chew them up. I to was told that my package was ready to be shipped and it is still ready to be shipped after a couple of weeks. According to everyone else, there is not reason to try and contact them as they won’t answer or send a automated e-mail. I am out $29.90 but will dispute it as I used PayPal.

I ordered 2 dog beds on March 23, 2020 haven’t received the order. I too have emailed but received the blanket response it was due to Covid. I tried to email today (9/24/2020) and their contact email no longer works! My purchase was for $72.44.
They sent a product that was not even close to what I ordered from their website. I ordered a full size ring-light and they sent me a light as big as my palm. It was garbage. Also wouldn’t contact me back when I reached out about a return. They charged me $80.
I ordered almost $200 worth of shoe storage boxes that have a moving platform that brings out the shoes from the box. I canceled the order after it took so long to get it.They sent it anyway, never respond to any emails and I want to return the items because they are junk! No Platform, shoes won’t fit inside! How are they allowed to keep ripping people off?
I bought a hand held dust mite vacuum 6/1/2020, today Agust 31 and no vacuum yet. The worst thing was I used capital one card total of 52.55 they Olson took 57.74 out of my bank account. Clearly they are thieves!
I ordered three things from them back in the beginning of June and have not received it. Got confirmation and tracking and it lasted a couple of weeks then disappeared. Order is from 06/30/20 The order number and the tracking number I have tried on their tracking app and it gives me no information. When I email this company they emailed me back a generic email. Not answering any email information that I asked them. Somethings fishy here.

Ordered some sanitizer on may 23, 2020 to the amount of $33.00. I have not yet recieved it and they says it’s because of shipping delays! I ordered a pair of bionic knee braces and paid 49.95 US dollars. It took 4 months to receive the package and it was not even what I ordered. It was a cheap small spring type knee support that goes on the back of your knee with Velcro straps that would be much cheaper than what I ordered. What I ordered was 3X large metal braces with hinges on the sides of them.I have not been able to get answers at also from them by email and they have no phone number. The first picture is what I ordered, age the second picture is what I received after waiting 4 months.I was ripped off!
