Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I received a document from Property Records Office, LLC indicating that I had had a recent deed transfer for a property. The flyer had my personal property information along with the date of sale and current loan amount. The flyer noted that a copy of my deed could be obtained with the Service Fee of $89.00. This was a formal looking letter due the information that was listed. I’m concerned that the information is misleading and deceiving.
