I saw a cute watch on Facebook. I went to the site thru FB and ordered it. Charged it on my Mastercard. It came in the mail, it is very cute but will not keep time! I called the phone number 480-843-4440, the mailbox is full. I read the comments i should have looked for before ordering and I guess I’ve been scammed. I am calling MasterCard on them .
I ordered a really cute watch from QGear0. It is cute but won’t keep time. I called the number on the mailing envelope but the mailbox is full. After reading all of this. I’m guessing I got scammed. I’m calling MasterCard.

I received a plastic thing Frisbee size 20 cm and that it is, no one replies to the mail or to the phone.
I ordered 2 items from getqgear in September 2020 and have not received the items as of yet. I would like to know what happened to the items they have been paid for. Please respond. Thank You.
I ordered energy savers and it took so long to get them that I didn’t even remember ordering then. So, I have no Idea what card I used. I did get ahold of some one once and was told that the merchandise was from out of the country and it would take too long to return them. He was supposed to return $60 to my account, but I never got anything back. Now every time I call they say the mailbox is full.
I also ordered a collapsible mini washer ($39 CAD) and got a pink dog dish. When I complained I was told that I placed the wrong order. When complained the second time, I was told that I can “upgrade” my order to get the correct item at $90 CAD, or I can send the item back to China with a tracking number. Once received I will get my refund. The postage is over $50 so I did not do it.

Hi–I did the exact same thing, and all I received was a thing that looked like a lid. I sent it back (I put the address and everything on this website) to China, and it cost me $90.90 to send it back. They (Emily and Victoria Skyles) told me to send them a video showing that the lid (or whatever it was) was not damaged or anything, so I did. I never heard from them again, so I reported them. The thing is, my son threw the complaint away, so I don’t have it anymore. I never heard from the agency I reported this to either. I started off reporting these guys through the Better Business Bureau, and they gave me another agency to report it to because the business is in China. These guys are scammers and thieves. We all learn from our mistakes. The address I sent the thing back to was: TU Hongming, F2 Building 8 No. 89 Rd., Yidong Industrial Street, YIWU, Jinhua Zhejiang 322000, China. I never heard back from them and probably never will. I got ripped off, and so did you.

I ordered battery operated brusher set, cost me USD24.95, and I receive 3 brushes without anything attached to it, can’t function at all. Obviously 3 small brushes should cost less than a dollar. This is a scam website, but I have no way to find them again.

Bought a opening, turning birthday candle for my little girls 5th birthday. It arrived with a few broken stumps of candles and a broken section. When I complained they provided an excuse that candles are not allowed through the post but were unable to explain why stumps of candles were allowed! They’re not interested in anything but getting your money for cheap poor quality tat. Do NOT purchase from them. They really are a total rip off. I’m so angry with the situation that I’ve now made it my off time life goal to expose this shoddy company. This is review number 3 online and I will keep posting warnings on every site I can find.

I ordered a pair of the pink mini clothing tubs , what I got was a worthless pair of pink bowls ,, DO NOT order from this site , they got me for $ 47.98 , never again !
I purchased an item earlier this month and never received it. I have no way of contacting this company, and now I’m worried about my bank information being out there. It was only 25.96 what I ordered, so that’s not a big loss. But what can they do with my banking information, now that’s a problem.
What I thought I ordered was a mini portable washer, but what I got was a collapsible pink bowl. I payed $28.47 for a bowl. What a scam! How do they continue to get away with this? My advice is Don’t by from these people, they are just sterling your money.

I did not receive a confirmation email, but my bank account reflects my purchase of a mini washer worth $28.94. I submitted my request for a confirmation email so I can track my order, but no response. So I am filing a dispute in my bank against this scammer ASAP.

You cannot reach them by phone or email. I am convinced they are scammers. ordered something off Facebook. I will never order anything off facebook again. Facebook should monitor these scammer websites and kick them off.

I ordered a Product called a Mini Washer with a firebrand and a basket that you could put a small load. I paid $28.95 for my order I placed my order on 08/02/20 order#34458. I was told that the order was being shipped from China yet the package showed a California address. I am elderly and live on a fixed income. I have a difficult time trying to keep household chores.

On July 26, I ordered mini clothing tub with agitator. I got a message from them stating I could get a second one at a discounted price. So I ordered two, one for myself and one for my grandson. Then they said I could get faster shipping by paying for skip to the front of the line. I accepted the offer for $5. A total of $51.78 was billed to my credit card the same day.
Yesterday, August 27, I finally received my order. However, I didn’t receive two mini clothing tubs with agitators instead I received two small folding pink bowls that aren’t big enough to water my dog in.
I can’t return them for a refund because there was no receipt with them. Please, don’t waste your money with this crooked company. They are a complete SCAM!
Shame on you QGEARSHOPPE for ripping people off.
