Bought a Reborn Doll for my daughter that was supposed to take over a month to receive due to how long it takes to make them. Paid over $125.00 for it and got some cheap doll you could get for a few dollars at any dollar store and It arrived in only 1 1/2 days! The sight says that people are being scammed on other sights saying they are selling their dolls and not getting what they are purchasing but they are doing the same exact thing. Do not buy anything from Reborn Dolls Shop!

I purchased a baby doll. It took 5 weeks to receive and looked nothing like the picture on the website. When I emailed and told them, they offered me 10.00.

I paid 134.

The outfit they sent was missing the headband and shoes and way too big for the baby they sent.

I found a number and called.

They remote accessed my computer and stole my credit cards thru my PayPal account.

What a nightmare!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a doll and some accessories from this site. Spent about $200 for Christmas for my daughter. They sent the incorrect doll. The doll looks nothing like what their site advertises. Tried to call and email for days with no response to let them know we received the incorrect doll. Finally got an email where they offered me $20 for my inconvenience. My inconvenience? They sent the wrong doll! Not only is it the wrong doll the eyes are not straight which in my mind makes that a manufacturer defect so another reason for a refund or exchange. I luckily paid through PayPal so I have created a dispute with them and was able communicate with someone from the company (with a different email address) where they finally offered me 50% back of my order and I can keep the items. I do not want to keep this creepy *** doll I want a refund! My daughter cried when she saw it and refuses to play with it.

Total scam!! Dolls do not look like their pictures at all. They will send you whatever they want and then scam you into keeping it. Customer service is a joke! Hopefully you are doing your research like I should have done and realized I should have NEVER bought anything from this site.

I bought a reborn doll from this website. I paid $116.99 and the doll i got looked nothing like the one they offered online and the quality was horrible. i tried to contact them in many occasions to request doing a return initially they asked me for photos and i sent it to them, then they offered $10 and an outfit for the doll. when i rejected the offer and told them i did not want to keep the doll and would like to return it they completely ignored my email and all the emails after that. i have tried calling them, the first time they answered and told me the only way to return was via email the next time i called my call wouldn’t go through. i wanted to return the doll to the address on the website but when looking at it in google i think the address provided is fake. None of the reviews i made about the doll posted on their website and when i went on to their facebook i realized there are hundreds of people they have done the same thing to.

the address they provide on the website is: 1100 Cranbury South River Rd,Monroe Township.

dont even provide a state or zip code.

I wanted to buy a doll for my granddaughter, and I saw reborndollshop.com that was on Black Friday sale, and I purchased one, and pay with my credit card, they email me a confirmation number, and an other from PayPal for

$ 109,99 just right after a place the order, figured out t was an scam page, because those dolls are very expensive, are silicone reborn baby doll, and saw a video in YouTube that’s was really an scam page, so I call then immediately to cancel the order, as they advertise, that if you want to cancel your order call them ASAP, no body answer the phone, even though, was 3 pm PST that is posted in their info. Then I resend an email, telling them that I want to cancel, no response, today I call them since 9am PET until 8:30 pm EST, but had any luck with the phone, then I called my bank, to se if they can stop the payment that was pending, they couldn’t help me, then I called PayPal, they didn’t answer neither.

And around 7:pm I receive other email, with shipping confirmation.

Was reading on PayPal’s customers reviews and there is a lot of complains against this Company, and PayPal, they send a fake little monster as doll, they stole pictures from a really dolls page, and customers received a complete different product. Those ones scare kids. The attached oic, is tho one customer received instead of a beautiful doll tha we order, excuse me for my poor English

Total scam!! I wish I knew how to shut this business down!! Spent $88.50 on a doll that reeks of paint fumes and looks like my infant son painted it. I ordered the cloth body and received a plastic one with no legs! Doll looks nothing like the photos!!! I told them I wanted a full refund. They told me they sent me the wrong doll as they were so busy during Christmas. They offered me $20 and an outfit. Hell no!!! I want a full refund! They have yet to respond. Ironically there is no place to leave a review on their site to warn others of their scam!! Their site specifically says full refund if they send you a wrong or defective product. I am beyond livid!!

They are selling dolls that are not what the website offers. The website offers real silicon dolls that are flexible and are like a realistic doll. On the website it also states that they come assembled. When the dolls came in… I pulled out a doll with arms, head and torso assembled but the legs were not attached, the paint job on the doll was poor and the clothes were cheap. The material that the doll was made of was a hard plastic. The doll had hair that was so messy she looked like she had been electrocuted. I have emailed the company with no response. I am afraid if I send them back I will not get my money back or the dolls.

This website that sells baby dolls, that gives an address in Shenzen, has about FIVE other websites selling the same dolls with the same business address in Shenzen. There is no customer service phone number in which to contact them. After reading several blogs from TRUE "reborn doll" artists, they all say the same thing, these fake Chinese websites are copying their photo of a doll they made, and listing it for sale on their website. Many, many people have said that they never receive any dolls, and some receive a super cheap baby doll, nothing like what was listed. Each of these fake doll websites have different promotions, and different email addresses, but with the same baby dolls for sale, they just change a couple of the baby doll names. When I emailed the "so-called" company about their company address having so many different websites selling the same products, I didn’t receive a response until four days later. When I did, the English was so poor, I could hardly understand what they were saying and it had nothing to do with an answer to my email, they just re-directed me to go BACK to their website! When I paid with my credit card, it went through a company called faster pay, and I received a receipt emailed to me. The receipt said that I had made a purchase from a company called "photo-wallets.myshopify.com" and when you try to go to this web address, it does not exist!! I actually made a purchase through their website called reborndollsshop.com. So this is clearly a fraud and a scam. I contacted our credit card company and they put the charge on hold. This company has made SEVERAL Facebook and instagram accounts, all with different websites, but same dolls and same business address! My purchase was through the doll website, not a photo-wallets.myshopify.com website. So sad people can’t actually WORK for their money and they have to steal from others. I don’t know how they can not only feel good about themselves, but sleep well at night.
