My daughter was gifted a 50.00 roblox gift card on Christmas 12/25/2020. She uploaded the money and within hours her money was spent. It showed the hackers user name who spent her money, so we immediately changed her password and contacted roblox. They will not reply. We then got notification they changed her two step verification/email and password
Therefore we cannot access the account at all and our hard earned money is gone. Roblox is conding theft and aiding hackers by allowing them to do this with no consequences and not willing to rectify it all. no wonder the company is so rich because they steal children’s money and pay employees to read emails and not reply and not even answer the phone. Most unprofessional business ever.
