Hello,

I purchased an order with Royal Portraits on November 2,2020. I saw their AD on instagram and thought it would be a great birthday gift for my brother. At check out, they offered an expidiate fee, therefore I paid an extra fee of $18.95 for a delivery of 2-4 weeks for a total of $53.92. It is now Decemebr 16,2020 and I have not received my order or any updated emails regarding my order.

I have emailed the company support service 4 times, where the same automated email is sent to me each time. On Novemeber 21,2020 I sent them a message on instagram to follow up with my order. They opened my message, but they did not respond to me until December 12,2020 with a message of "We sinceraly apologize for the delays. Please send us your order number at [email protected] and they will get this sorted out." As I stated before, I have emailed them plenty of times, but as they recommened, I emailed them for the 5th time. I received the same automated message as my other responses from them.

I have been sending them non stop messages to their instagram since Saturday Decemebr 12,2020. They open my messages, but they do not reply. They finally responded to my ongoing instagram messages yesterday, December 15,2020 with "hello, I’m so sorry for the delay. Let me check on on your order with our theam. Ill update you once available. Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience." I responded to their message, again they opened it and have not responded.

I did some research and read thier negative reviews. There are many people who have not been able to get direct contact with the company. They are receiving the same automated emails and have not received any of their orders.

Please I highly ask you, beg you to seek their scam. This is unfair and they need to be stopped
