Searched for a puppy related present for my girlfriend. An immediate recommendation was for secretboxgifts. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary or illegitimate. I’ve never fallen for something like this before.
I received constant emails about my purchases status, then once it was "ready to ship" there were constant delays. I then searched for reviews about the company and found it is a common thing with this company.
I requested to cancel the order and for a refund. They offered 30% refund for the inconvenience. I replied that 30% is unacceptable, and that I be refunded in full. That was nearly 48 hours ago and they have not replied after three attempts to email them requesting an update.
Fortunately I didn’t spend much. I can’t imagine how much they have stolen from other people.

I bought a t shirt from secret gifts on dec 3rd. I followed up 3 times to see where it was and it was a Christmas gift. They ignore you. I still do not have it and I’m out 25.09. Awful scammers. They are listed with PayPal. I dont have a paypal account so I’m trying to get refunded by my bank
