Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered an item from this online store on December 7th and the item I ordered never came, however, my credit card had been charged. I emailed them at [email protected] and was told that the item was not going to be in until 30-45 days later. after their website stated that the item would be sent in 5-7 days, if not they would contact me. I never received any contact after that, when I looked to find a number, there was none as well as no address. I then emailed a person back by the name of "liuba." which does not seem to be a real name. I tried to look for this person’s email address, none was shown. I then asked for my money to be returned and was then told that an investigation needed to take place and that my money would be refunded in 14-16 days. Because I never received my item, my card should not had ever been charged. There is no way to reach these people, they only respond by what appears to be an "hidden email account." I am afraid that these people have my personal information and are frauds, which concerns me, it seems as though they are international, and not American.
