I have ordered my gloves 3 months ago, after receiving confirmation and order no, I waited and waited to receive shipping date or any details but nothing happened, I sent many emails to cancel my order but they never reply or do any action, it’s really bad, I’m sure they are fraud and scammers. I wonder how a well known brand such as Twins special allow such websites to scam on their behalf, I’m really confused and don’t know what to do to get my money back, I’m so disappointed with twins special, they should act to protect their customers all around the world.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
Twins Fight Gear is a massive fraud. I ordered gloves there thinking the price was Canadian but it ended up being US. I cancelled my order within minutes and was told that I would receive a refund. This was a month a half ago and still no refund. It never takes that long. They assured me everything was done on their end for the refund but I’ve received nothing. Then I read that they have pulled this type of swindling before. They need to be shut down. Period.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I had ordered a pair of gloves back in August, 2018, and was sent a receipt and e-mail for my purchase. The receipt said it would ship in 8-12 weeks, and it’s been six months. I’ve tried calling, e-mailing, and messaging from their website.
I went on and tried to log in to track my order; I don’t remember if this was necessary when I was ordering, but they said they could not find my e-mail in their database (the one that they had sent my receipt to).
All phone calls go to some spaced out ditz telling me my call is important to her but to leave a message because nobody can take my call.
I’ve read other complaints, and based on the runaround everyone else seems to be getting, pretty safe to say this is a scam, not just poor customer service.
