same thing as another user. shopping for printers, ordered one and immediately became suspicious from the paypal email saying I’d sent it to a personal email. Scam! And although the sale is still pending on my side, theres nothing I can do to stop it from going through at this point.
Also, a woman did answer the number listed, but she said it’s a scam site and she gets calls all the time from it.
A Bing search for printers led me to Vacaras, so ordered the advertised HP printer, which, like everyone else, was never delivered. Phone is never answered. An email to the email address on the web site bounced back as undeliverable. Very much a scam site and amazed it is still operational. The name on the PayPal receipt is Hiep Dinh, not Vacaras. That should have been a clue to cancel the order.
I googled Fischer-Price Little People Nativity. It popped up for $14.99. Didn’t say used or new but the price was great, too great! I ordered it but immediately tried to contact them on their phone # and email: [email protected] and [email protected] emails come back saying the router on their end is misconfigured.
I ordered on Dec 4, 2020. Luckily I took snapshots of my order Inv #WC-18907, Trans ID# 2SF05521R1717149D. The address is Vacaras, 9130 107th St N, Stillwater, Mn 55082. Phone is listed as 248-709-9514, which my phone says is a Michigan phone number.
I cannot reach this company by email or phone no matter how hard I have tried. I became suspicious when I did not receive a confirmation email or text msg.
Order placed Dec 4, 2020. Now after visiting this site I know nothing is coming to me from this company. Just scamming people and it is ashame.
I will call PayPal next but will definitely flag the charge with my credit union, issuer of my Mastercard.
Hoping PayPal or my credit union sides with me bcuz finances r tight and this was all my son asked for for Christmas.
I order this printer and I have never received it .I’ve tried contacting the seller multiple times with no response. Right now pay pal is not answering there phone due to the pandemic..I really need help resolving this issue !

I purchased a My Life doll for a Christmas present. Cost was only $12.99 which should have alerted me to something not right. If the price sounds too good, it’s probably fraud. I used PayPal for the purchase and the sale was covered under their purchase protection policy. When I did not receive any follow-up e-mail from the seller, I attempted multiple e-mails which got no answer and the phone call to the number on their website I found disconnects after a few rings. I filed an incident with PayPal and they gave until December 4th for the seller to respond. On December 5th, before I could do anything, PayPal sent an e-mail that a decision was made in my favor due to non-response from the seller and I received the full purchase price refund from PayPal. Should have done a Google search on the company Vacaras before I jumped on the purchase. This website has great reports on this company thanks to people like you who take the time to post the issue.
I ordered a HP color printer on October 26, 2020, and it never came. It costed me 121 dollars. I have been waiting for over a month. The email and phone don’t work. Do not buy from this scam company. Do your research before buying anything.
Bought a HP printer. Never delivered. Phone and email are no good. Paypal was absolutely worthless. No help at all! Their response was unable to reach seller. No joke, you already paid them. Thank God it was an American Express purchase. They refunded me. Can’t say enough about AE. Avoid Vacaras!

I noticed that they are selling RV Awnings,Weed trimmers, electrical gate chains, why in the heck would they sell Barbie’s. So I looked into site a bit more and its just not flowing right to me. They have a total of 19 toys for sale. Sure enough I Googled and affirm they are a scam. People watch out, Do your diligence. Especially now bcuz of holidays and stay at home
Scam site, needs to be shut down.. Some seller called [email protected], and [email protected], email came up at the end of transaction but tried to contact and there’s no such email, doesn’t exist. Never received the product. I’ve filed disputes with Paypal and my credit card.

Bought an HP printer for 41.99 on 10/05/2020 paid with PayPal. Tried to get into contact with them. Cant send an email to the contact me button on the Vacaras stores. Then looked at the address its coming from Minnesota but yet has a 248 area code number and that’s in Michigan. Called it and it seems to be a cell phone. the email i have on my Paypal account is [email protected]

I was looking for a folding wagon and this company was suggested. The wagon was a reasonable price (or so I thought) so I bought one. This is a scam, I purchased 2 intex river floats 9/3/20. I never received any confirmation for my order or shipment. When I tried to contact the Vacaras company, the numbers, emails & addresses did not exist anymore and were “offline” I am currently disputing with PayPal to get my money refunded. I believe this is a SCAM company. Do not buy Anything from this company!

I purchased a HP Desk Jet 2755 All In One printer on 9/07/2020 & paid through Pay Pal. Called the number listed not Vacaras, instead it was a private number. The person informed me that Vacaras was being investigate by the Michigan State Attorney General. They were also being investigate by the state of Minnesota. Sent an e-mail to the person whom Huang Le at [email protected] requesting that the order be canceled. As of 9/10/2020 no response.
They need to stop investigating and shut them down!
