I ordered a product and was sent a shipping number and never received the product . I contacted Vincials and they said they would resend the product still never received . I asked for a refund and was told I would receive the refund . I never received they advised they would check with logistics and said sometimes it takes the bank awhile . I waited and they said they would check with logistics and I have no heard back from them . So to sum up Vincials twice said they sent the order and I never received it . Twice they said I would get a refund and I have not received it .
Ordered pool supplies, never showed. I did, however, receive a pack of 6 paper masks in the mail. I’m out $72 and no supplies!
I try to contact, phone is “no longer in service”, emails come back with a statement about how covid has effected shipping…

Ordered a pool vacuum, never received, instead I received 10 white mask.
Their website says they are in the United States, but tracking says coming from China!
After months I asked for a refund, they offered 75% back, I complained because it wasn’t my fault, their shipping company, which I’m sure I’d fake, lost my package, which I’m sure was never shipped! They now are offering me 85% back.
