Dianna thought she was buying from "ticket master" but apparently not! "Vivid Seats" is tapping into Ticket Master’s info she has been told and she was advised this isn’t the first time this scam happened. Vivid wouldn’t refund her $$ but told her to purchase a "prepaid card" and she refused. The first purchase was Nov 1, 2019. She never received the tickets or a refund or any communication. Order ID# 137744 (Chris Stapleton – $321.21) Order# 134383 (Chris Chesney – $206.50) on Sept 30, 2019. Tickets were purchased under the name of Dianna Graham.

I received a coupon from them for $20 off concert tickets so I went to look at how much they would be. The website said I had to put in all my information for the discount to show up, so I had 2 tickets at $55 each, with a $20 coupon, I clicked view order to make sure they wouldn’t add all sorts of fees, and it charged my card $169!! I immediately emailed and called them with no reply. The next day I was told all purchases are final, I wasn’t trying to purchase so I called my bank to stop payment and filed paperwork from there. I don’t know what happened, but my bank paid for the tickets, so here I am, out all that money, my grocery money for the month, and no useful tickets. I’m furious. I’m poor, I would never have bought them for that much!!!

Vivid Seats is NOT an approved ticket vendor for the Iowa Events Center. You need to beware of this. They take ticket sales from the Wells Fargo website that is part of the Iowa Events Center and mark up and exaggerate prices and use tomfoolery for fees and schedules for fees. It is a scam.
