This company is a scam. They are taking innocent people’s money and thriving off of it. Although some customers receive the item(s) they purchase, hundreds, if not thousands have not. I’ve emailed their customer service team, DM’d through Instagram and even commented on their posts countless of times only to be ignored. I’ve seen comments of those who have experienced the same situations get deleted and only the positive comments remain. There are so many people who have been trying to contact this company and have only been ignored. Thankfully, I only spent $73 USD on my order, but it’s very sad to see that many people have spent $200+ and haven’t received orders. It’s not like it’s lost in transit, it’s just not being shipped. I’ve only received confirmation that I purchased the item, and after a few weeks passed I emailed their customer service team who told me orders are shipped daily and that they are experiencing high volume. That was the only time I ever received a response. I waited patiently for months. I purchased back in March 2020, and still have yet to receive any follow ups after my multiple attempts of trying to reach someone on the customer service team. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Completely unacceptable to take innocent people’s money for wanted to support a brand and a rapper (Phora). At least email customers back to let them know they’re not being ignored. I’ve included a pic of what I was SUPPOSED to receive but never did. This is my order that I placed on March 11, 2020

I ordered a hoodie from the Yours truly website October 4, 2020. After waiting 3 wks I emailed customer service listed on the website. I recieved a text that gave me a created USPS shipping label. I spoke with a Danielle Waller who said she was the accountant for Yours Truly clothing. She stated the item was being shipped and apologized for the delay. I then recieved another text a couple days later with a DHL tracking number. I called and spoke with Danielle again who stated she didnt know why the shipping switched from the USPS to the DHL shipper. I asked why the package ended up in Phoenix AZ and then in Grand Prairie Tx when I live in NM. I asked that a refund be given. She said she would have to contact the store for reimbursement and that it was out of her hands and I would not be receiving a refund. I told her that all the shipping information was contradictory to everything she is saying to me and demanded a refund which she stated I would not be getting. I never review my order or reimbursement for the product I ordered. I told her they are fraudulent scammers and that I would be reporting them.

I purchased 2 products. Their website promotes "24/7 customer service, fast shipping, & easy returns" all 3 statements, completely false. I have yet to hear back from them. It’s been MONTHS. I received my package, didn’t even open the package & sent it back the same day. They received it days later. I have proof. And I still have yet to receive a refund. I don’t know what else to do besides file a dispute with my bank. Which I will be doing. I’ve wrote on all they’re social media pics & emailed plenty of times. I’ve Even tried calling their phone number they have listen. When calling them out on a Instagram post, I’ve had other come forth reporting similar scams with them as well. Please shut them down!!

I ordered from them months ago and my order still hasn’t even been processed nor shipped. I tried to contact them via email and phone number but they provided no respond or customer help. I paid a good amount of money to them and i still haven’t gotten my product.

This business has received numerous complaints, not only from me, but thousands of others as well. They cancel orders while still charging the customer. They take months to send out the few orders that they do. The product is rarely as it should be. If you send an order back for a refund, you won’t get your money back. They never respond to support emails, comments, or messages. The entire business steals from and lies to customers.
